An outstanding empire Lebon Halley Porcelain de Paris, France large teacup and saucer with extensive gold gilding and a portrait on the handle.
Manufactured in ca. 1820.
The Parisian porcelain decorators Halley and Lebon joined their businesses in 1812, settling in rue Montmartre. This cup and saucers are unmarked, however, this type of handle and decoration was typical for Halley and Lebon. Here you can find a similar cup and saucer with the same handle signed Lebon-Halley:

Condition: Both are first quality and in excellent condition. There is a small manufacturing crack at the bottom of the cup.
