An important Sevres art nouveau porcelain vase by Henri Patou and Charles Pihan depicting birds in a manner of Japanese woodblock. There are in total three birds and the decoration is a relief. The vase was decorated and manufactured in 1925, likely for a 1925 world exhibition in Paris, where Sevres built their own pavilion.

Condition: 1st quality, there is a tiniest chip on the top rim and a tiniest chip on the bottom rim. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition with no signs of damage or restoration.

65cm high and 26cm diameter at the widest point.

Charles Pihan decorated this vase and Henri Patou designed the decoration.
