Unique Royal Copenhagen wall plate designed and decorated by Stephan Ussing for Royal Copenhagen depicting a romantic image of a lady reading while sitting at the lake. It is a very romantic and deep art nouveau plate that may be the greatest piece made by Stephan Ussing. This plate is also particularly interesting since humans were rarely depicted on Royal Copenhagen porcelain. Due to its huge size (42cm diameter), the plate makes a very strong impression.
