Important Taxile Doat Studio Sevres porcelain vase or jug with exceptional glaze decoration. Partially glazed, with three cameo-style portraits. Marked on the bottom TDOAT 1927, Sevres.

The handle has been professionally restored, and the restoration is not visible. There is a small manufacturing defect on the base. Otherwise, the condition is excellent.

This piece was likely acquired in 1931 at the Salon des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where Taxile Doat was awarded a “Plaquette d’honneur.”
